ADMISSION PROCEDURE: STEPS TO FOLLOW

Step 1

USEFUL INFORMATION

  • Our admission policy is independent of and different from that of SRAM (Service régional d’admission du Montréal métropolitain).
  • Our system does not feature Rounds 1, 2 and 3.
  • Student admissions depend on the space available in each program and profile.
  • An application fee of $50 must be paid by credit card when applying for admission online.
  • Requests for information about admission may be directed at any time to Johanne Hudon-Armstrong.

Step 2

YOU WILL NEED THE FOLLOWING DOCUMENTS* :

  • A large-format copy of your birth certificate (foreign-born students must provide proof of Canadian citizenship or permanent resident status).
  • Your most recent report card from the current year.
  • Your final report card from last year.
  • Collège Sainte-Anne students do not have to complete step 2!

*We do not accept faxed or scanned documents.

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS

In compliance with the College Education Regulations (CER), to be admitted to a program leading to a Diploma of College Studies (DCS), you must meet general and specific requirements. You can learn about them by clicking on the links.

HAVE COMPLETED A SECONDARY SCHOOL DIPLOMA (SSD)

Students who have an SSD but failed one of the following subjects must take remedial courses during their college studies :

  • Secondary 5 Language of Instruction
  • Secondary 5 Second Language
  • Secondary 4 Mathematics
  • Secondary 4 Science and Technology or Technological and Scientific Applications
  • Secondary 4 History and Citizenship Education

HAVE COMPLETED A SECONDARY SCHOOL VOCATIONAL DIPLOMA (SSVD

Students who have a SSVD must have successfully completed the following subjects :

  • Secondary 5 Language of Instruction
  • Secondary 5 Second Language
  • Secondary 4 Mathematics

HAVE COMPLETED AN ACADEMIC PROGRAM DEEMED BY THE COLLEGE TO BE EQUIVALENT


This is the case, for example, for students who have attended a Québec educational institution offering an alternative program (modelled on the French system, for example).

MEET ANY PROGRAM-SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS (PREREQUISITE COURSES) SET BY THE MINISTRY

Admission to certain college programs of study requires the student to have completed specific secondary courses (for example, mathematics, physics or chemistry). These specific admission conditions are indicated for each profile offered at Collégial international Sainte-Anne and can be viewed by clicking the “prerequisite courses” link.

MEET THE SPECIFIC ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS SET BY COLLÉGIAL INTERNATIONAL SAINTE-ANNE FOR EACH OF ITS PROGRAMS AND PROFILES

Students must also meet the college’s specific admission criteria, which include having a general average of at least 75% in secondary 5.
