A. Québec Acceptance Certificate

The student must apply for a Québec Acceptance Certificate (CAQ) by visiting the website of the Ministère de l’Immigration, Diversité et Inclusion.

As soon as the Québec Acceptance Certificate (CAQ) has been issued, the student is responsible for contacting the nearest Canada visa office to initiate the process to formally enter and stay in Canada.

Some countries do not require a visa, but rather an eTA. We invite you to consult the Government of Canada site for more information and, if necessary, to obtain it before your arrival in Canada: Electronic Travel Authorization (eTA)
